FBI Using DMV Photos to Search for Criminals 10/13/2009

Using a facial recognition program, the FBI has begun to use photos taken for driver’s licenses to look for criminals. When you go to get your license and they take your picture, you are now part of a “virtual line-up.” How do you feel about that? Is this a breach of privacy and abuse of power, or is this a valid way to search for fugitives from the law?

The FBI/government searching through your information without a warrant from a judge is illegal.
